LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in owner's reception room, available at a small charge, dishwasher, wall-mounted combi TV/DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Shared games room including pool table and darts, with adjoining area for outdoor clothes, boots etc. Cot and highchair by prior arrangement. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared bike storage. Shared front courtyard area, own rear patio area with furniture. One small, well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 12 mins walk. Note: Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead outside property. |

A superb cottage in a fantastic location for all the attractions in North West Wales. The cottage, play room, boot room and surroundings were immaculate. A great cottage for the three of us. Everything in the cottage had been well thought of with books. cards, dominoes etc. Little extras that you don't expect.
